With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and a BA Hons degree in Osteopathy from the London School of Osteopathy, Matt brings a unique and holistic approach to patient care.
Matt was led to Osteopathy after experiencing a sports-related injury of his own, which gave him a new perspective on recovery and rehabilitation. As a personal trainer with over a decade of experience, he became increasingly inspired to support his clients beyond fitness – particularly in helping them to recover from injuries and move more freely. This passion for holistic rehabilitation led him to retrain as an osteopath, combining hands on therapy with his in-depth knowledge of biomechanics and performance optimisation.
Matt’s clinical interests include the treatment and rehabilitation of chronic lower back pain, acute and chronic neck conditions, shoulder injuries, and other sports-related injuries. He also specialises in exercise prescription, helping patients return to function and optimising performance through targeted, practical rehabilitation plans.
Matt’s passion for sports and fitness began early, growing up in South Africa with an active and outdoors lifestyle. That foundation has stayed with him ever since, and these days if he’s not in the clinic you can find him in the gym weight training, cycling or on the golf course.
